Return Policy
At Ozznek Shoes, your satisfaction matters to us. We are proud to stand behind our products, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below for all the details.
Cancellations
If you request to cancel your order, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit can be used toward any item in our store and never expires.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from Ozznek Shoes are eligible for store credit only, which will be issued as a gift card. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective item or if we send the wrong size or product:
• We’ll take full responsibility for the return and replacement shipping.
• Contact our customer care team at customercare@ozznekshoes.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.
• We will provide instructions and promptly send a replacement or store credit.
Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you decide you no longer want the item after receiving it:
• You’re welcome to return it, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it is in new or like-new condition (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging), we will issue store credit.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Please contact us at customercare@ozznekshoes.com with your order number before sending your item back so we can guide you through the process.
We kindly ask that you do not return an item without contacting us first, as this helps us ensure a smooth and efficient process for you.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item:
• The new item must be of equal value to the original purchase.
• Once we receive and verify the original item is in new condition, we’ll issue a store credit.
• You can then use the store credit toward your exchange or any other item in our store.
• Email us at customercare@ozznekshoes.com with your order number to get started.
Shipping Guidelines
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Gift Returns
If you received an Ozznek Shoes item as a gift and would like to exchange it, we’re happy to help. We will issue a store credit to the gift recipient once the product is returned in new condition.
Processing Times
• Store credit is issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. It will be emailed as a gift card code.
• Exchanges are processed promptly, and you can expect your new item within 5–7 business days of receipt.
