Ozznek Shoes – Returns & Exchanges

At Ozznek Shoes, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Return & Exchange Process

  • To start a return or exchange, click the link in your original order confirmation email.
  • We’ll email you a prepaid return label through one of our shipping partners to help reduce your cost.
  • Once we receive your unused item in new condition, we’ll issue store credit minus the return shipping cost.
  • Returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only, issued as a digital gift card that never expires.

Exchanges

  • Follow the same return process using your confirmation email.
  • Once we receive your item, store credit will be issued so you can order the correct size or a different product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
  • Email customercare@ozznekshoes.com with your order number and a brief description and photo of the issue.

Change of Mind

  • Changed your mind? You can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Gift Returns

  • Received a gift? We’re happy to offer store credit to the gift recipient once the product is returned in new condition.

Processing Time

  • Store credit is issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3-5 days.
